The City of Riverton, Wyoming is seeking sealed bids to supply a complete Hyper‑V failover cluster infrastructure for the Motorola Flex CAD/RMS public‑safety platform. The scope includes:
• Two enterprise rack servers forming a primary Hyper‑V failover cluster.
• One additional rack server configured as a Hyper‑V Replica disaster‑recovery node.
• One dedicated all‑flash SAN array with dual active‑active controllers.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licenses for all three hosts and Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscriptions meeting Motorola Flex 2026.3 requirements.
• Five‑year comprehensive hardware and software support.
• Optional backup NAS and backup software (Alternate A) and optional professional services for configuration (Alternate B).
• Delivery, installation coordination, and freight to be included; equipment must be delivered and accepted within 120 calendar days of award.
