Description
The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) is seeking a qualified Master Contractor to provide additional Commvault HyperScale X storage capacity, associated licensing, support, and remote installation services. The solution must integrate with SHA’s existing backup environment, enable long‑term data retention, and support autonomous recovery capabilities for ransomware or system failures. This is a Small Business Reserve procurement limited to Master Contractors already holding the relevant statewide hardware master contract. Bidders must submit pricing, product specifications, and required documentation through the eMMA e‑procurement system by the deadline.
• Scope: Purchase of Commvault HyperScale X hardware, Autonomous Recovery licenses, extended warranties, and related installation/training services.
• Quantity & delivery dates are detailed in the attached bid form; pricing must be valid for at least 90 days.
• Mandatory requirements: Master Contractor status, authorized reseller status, provision of MSRP screenshots, and compliance with Maryland invoicing rules.
