The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor (already holding the 2012 Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services contract) to provide a comprehensive maintenance renewal for Versa networking hardware and related services for the fiscal year 2027‑2028. The scope includes supply of new hardware, extended warranties, software subscriptions, and installation/training services under a fixed‑price, one‑year period of performance (Jan 5 2027 – Jan 4 2028). Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage system by November 3 2026. Only certified small‑business vendors meeting Maryland’s SBR requirements are eligible.
