Description
Warren Woods Public Schools is seeking a single‑lump‑sum bid to replace and modernize its data center and disaster recovery infrastructure. The scope includes removal of existing server, storage, networking, virtualization, backup software and licensing, and the design, installation, configuration, migration, integration, testing, knowledge transfer, support, and warranty of a new fully operational solution. The contractor must provide all hardware, software, licensing, and related services, and must submit required affidavits, asbestos notification, and a bid security of at least 5 % of the total price. Bids are due November 24, 2026.
• Replace/upgrade servers, storage arrays, networking gear, virtualization platforms, backup and DR software.
• Provide licensing, installation, configuration, data migration, integration, and testing.
• Deliver knowledge transfer, ongoing support, and warranty services.
• Submit sworn disclosures, asbestos notification, Iran sanctions affidavit, and criminal background affidavit.
• Provide a 5 % bid bond or certified check.
