Request for Space - Helibase (helipad, office, storage) Northern Michigan

The USDA is seeking a partner to provide a helibase facility in northern Michigan near Marquette, comprising roughly 1,650 sq ft of office space, 800 sq ft of warehouse/storage, and a helipad pad for one helicopter. The opportunity is open to entities that can offer suitable land or existing structures meeting the size and location criteria, with the intent to lease or otherwise make the space available for USDA operations. • Office space ~1,650 sq ft and warehouse/storage ~800 sq ft required. • Helipad pad for a single helicopter must be included. • Facility must be located in the Marquette area of northern Michigan. • Interested parties should submit their interest by the deadline; no formal bid is required at this stage.
