GEUS Warehouse Yard Expansion

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the expansion of the Warehouse Storage Yard. The work consists of expanding the yard, including site clearing, earthwork, concrete paving, drainage improvements, fencing, erosion control, and related site improvements. A site visit is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT, and attendance is highly recommended. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Euna Procurement Portal by August 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. • Key aspects of the project include: • Site clearing and earthwork • Concrete paving and drainage improvements • Fencing and erosion control • Related site improvements • Bid alternates may be included • The selected contractor will be required to provide insurance coverage and certificates of insurance • A conflicts of interest questionnaire and other forms must be completed and submitted with the proposal
