WELL-BEING COMMITTEE

The Kentucky Board of Dentistry is seeking a qualified person to coordinate a Well-being Committee to promote the early identification, intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals licensed or registered who may be impaired by reasons of illness, alcohol or drug abuse, or as a result of any physical or mental condition. The selected Coordinator will provide consulting services for the KBD as the Well-being program coordinator and attend the KBD Law Enforcement Committee Meetings. Key responsibilities include overseeing licensees/registrants identified as impaired, tracking their recovery and completion of Board requirements, and maintaining a case file on each participant. • Coordinate the Well-being Committee • Provide consulting services for the KBD • Attend KBD Law Enforcement Committee Meetings • Oversee licensees/registrants identified as impaired • Track recovery and completion of Board requirements • Maintain a case file on each participant
