The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, eSMS Healthcare Branch requires KDF Neo Super Cascom Casting Machines with corresponding Vacuum Pumps in support of Army Dental Lab (ADL), Fort Gordon, GA 30905. The estimated delivery date is 29 May 2026. The solicitation includes a list of salient characteristics that the casting machines must meet, such as a ceramic heating system, vacuum and pressure casting method, and argon gas compatibility. The contractor must provide a brochure and/or capabilities statement that meets the requirements. • The contractor must provide 2 each KDF Neo Super Cascom Casting Machines with corresponding Vacuum Pumps. • The machines must have a ceramic heating system, vacuum and pressure casting method, and argon gas compatibility. • The machines must be able to cast a broad spectrum of alloys, including gold alloy metals. • The machines must have a compact size and use a regular household plug. • The contractor must provide a brochure and/or capabilities statement that meets the requirements.
