Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure Phison spare drives on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price order, and the contractor must be an authorized distributor of Getac products. The order is for 175 units of 2TB FIPS 140-2 Phison spare drives with canisters. The delivery schedule is on or before December 31, 2026.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement and proof of authorized distributorship.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
• The contractor will be required to use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for invoicing and payment requests.
• The contract includes clauses related to security prohibitions, export-controlled items, and prohibition on certain procurements from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
