Description
The County of Williamson is seeking qualified contractors to provide materials, experienced sealing, and striping crews and equipment for County Road Seal Coat FY 26. The successful respondent will be required to post a payment bond and/or performance bond upon contract execution from an approved Surety Company. The method of payment shall be check or electronic funds transfer.
• The contract exceeds $25,000, requiring a payment bond.
• The contract exceeds $100,000, requiring a performance bond.
• The receipt of electronic responses will be registered in Bonfire.
• Respondents shall submit pricing as specified in the solicitation documents.
