Description
The Cartersville School System is seeking qualified bids for the purchase and installation of 75" ClearTouch Interactive Panels for Cartersville Elementary School. The project includes the installation of 52 total wall mount panels with balance box mounts, and the vendor must provide a 5-year onsite warranty. The panels must have specific features such as 10 points of touch, built-in audio mixer, and PC-less operation. The vendor must also provide a fee schedule with payment terms and conditions.
• The proposal must include a specification sheet for the equipment and warranty information.
• The vendor must provide proof of relevant qualifications and certifications for personnel working on the project.
• The vendor must submit two hard copies of the proposal, sealed and in its entirety, to the Cartersville School System delegate.
• The Cartersville School System reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
• The selected vendor's proposal may be made part of the final purchase contract.
