26-090 Lodge at Quail Ridge & Shower House at Klondike Park-Roof Replacement

The St. Charles County Government – Parks Department is seeking bids to remove and replace the metal roof at Quail Ridge Lodge and Klondike Shower House. The project includes removing the existing roof, hauling away debris, installing a new metal roof, and replacing skylights and gutters. Bidders must provide a list of references for similar projects completed within the last five years and a detailed timeline for completion of the project. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. • The project requires compliance with all Federal and State Employment / Labor regulations, including those from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. • The contractor must provide all applicable insurance certificates to the County upon the award of the bid. • The contractor must complete the project within 120 days after the contract has been awarded by the County. • The contractor must provide a key contact for the project and notify the County Project Manager when work will be performed. • The contractor must comply with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Law under Annual Wage Order #33 as amended May 28, 2026 for this project.
