Reupholstery and Refinishing Services

Contra Costa Health is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide reupholstery services for the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers across the county. Services will include repairing and reupholstering chairs, exam tables, waiting room seating, and other furnishings in patient care and public areas. All materials must meet healthcare-grade standards for durability, safety, and infection control. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall be for 3 years, with the option for 2 annual renewals up to 5 years. • The contractor must provide reupholstery services for various healthcare facilities. • The contractor must use healthcare-grade materials that meet California Technical Bulletin 117-2013 and applicable NFPA standards. • The contractor must comply with Cal/OSHA regulations, CDPH requirements, and Contra Costa County local regulations. • The contractor must provide a completion report after each service period and deliverables as specified in the contract.
