CareOregon is establishing a multi‑award retainer for qualified contractors to deliver home‑modification and remediation services to residential clients in Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, and Jackson counties. The work includes installing ADA‑compliant ramps, grab bars, door and cabinet hardware, providing pest‑eradication services, junk hauling, major house cleaning, and installing curtains or blinds. Vendors must submit a fixed‑fee quote covering all labor, materials, travel, and overhead, and be able to start work within 15‑30 days of receiving a Statement of Work. Contractors must hold appropriate licenses (e.g., CCB for construction, Oregon Dept. of Agriculture for pest control), maintain required insurance, and pass de‑barment and background‑check requirements. Sub‑contracting is limited to 10 % markup and must be pre‑approved. The contract runs to Dec 31 2026, with invoices payable within 30 days.
