Grounds Maintenance for DSN Admin Building and Homes

The Beaufort County Disabilities and Special Needs Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds and irrigation maintenance for its main office and eleven residential homes throughout Beaufort County. The contract covers mowing, edging, trimming, litter and debris removal, landscape and tree maintenance, mulching, and routine inspection and repair of irrigation systems. Work must be performed Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with the contractor supplying all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision. The base term is one year starting July 1 2027, with four optional one‑year extensions. Bids are due electronically by 3 pm on December 10 2026; a non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference is scheduled for October 27 2026.
