Budget estimate

$250,000 – $400,000

Based on the disclosed weekly rate of $300 per site for 35 sites, the weekly contract total is $10,500. Over an estimated 30‑week school year (≈210 days), the base fee would be roughly $315,000. Adding the one‑time $350 miscellaneous charge and allowing for possible site‑specific variations, a reasonable award range is $250,000‑$400,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of sites actually awarded, any optional extensions, and additional costs for materials or transportation.
