Description
The USDA Forest Service requires the production and delivery of 67 perfect‑bound, 100‑page pamphlet‑style books (8½ × 11 in) with a matte‑coated 80‑lb cover and interior paper. The contractor must supply one set of digital color proofs, handle packaging and shipping (≤ 40 lb per container), and deliver the books to three distribution sites in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Mississippi, plus two supplemental copies for GPO cataloging and the Library of Congress. All printing must be done in a single method (offset or digital) and meet GPO Quality Level III standards. Proof and distribution notifications, along with required forms (W‑9, GPO Form 905), are mandatory.
