Description
The Town of Raynham Sewer Department is seeking quotes for manhole lining repairs. The work consists of sewer manhole lining repairs of three precast concrete sewer manholes, approximately 48-inches in diameter. The sewer manholes range in depth from approximately 10 feet below grade to 12 feet below grade. Quotes should be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Quote Form. The contract will be for a period commencing April 1, 2026, and expiring on August 1, 2026.
• The work includes cleaning, removal, and proper disposal of debris, surface prep, maintaining wastewater flows during operations, and repairs and lining from and including the invert to rim of sewer manholes.
• The selected Bidder is required to furnish all bond and certificates of insurance required under this contract in a form acceptable to the Raynham Sewer Department prior to the execution date.
• Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project.
