Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) Letter of Interest

The Washington County Behavioral Health Division is seeking a qualified organization to provide Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) services to young adults experiencing early symptoms of psychosis. The selected provider will be expected to meet fidelity standards and provide a range of services, including education, coaching, family psycho-education, and support groups. The contract will be for a period of approximately two years, with the possibility of annual renewal. The provider must have a valid Oregon Health Authority Certificate of Approval and meet other eligibility requirements. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing information and support to young adults, age 12 to 30, experiencing early symptoms of psychosis • Meeting fidelity standards as determined by the current fidelity tool • Including services such as peer support, occupational therapy, nursing, family education, skills training, and more • Having a current office location in Washington County and a contract with the local CCO • Complying with applicable Oregon Administrative Rules and remaining in compliance throughout the contract period
