Budget estimate

$250,000 – $30,000,000

The total estimated funding for the APS is $190 M, spread across up to nine awards. Individual award amounts can vary widely—from the minimum $250 k floor to the $30 M ceiling—depending on project scope, sector, and country. A typical mid‑size award might fall in the $5 M–$15 M range, especially for multi‑country or high‑impact initiatives in energy, ICT, or advanced manufacturing. Smaller feasibility or pilot projects could be near the floor, while large regional integration efforts could approach the ceiling.
