Caltrans is issuing an on‑call architectural and engineering (A‑E) contract to provide roadway design, project development, and construction‑design support services for State Highway System projects in District 10. The contract will be awarded to the “most highly qualified” firm after a SOQ submission, interview, and negotiation process, and will have an initial five‑year term with annual escalation. The work will be organized through task orders covering pre‑design, PS&E development, and construction‑design support across multiple engineering disciplines.
