Description
Shelby County Government is seeking quotations for the purchase of 25 new and unused 2025 or newer model fleet replacement vehicles for various departments within the county. The vehicles include Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Chevrolet Equinox EV, Chevrolet Equinox, Toyota Sienna, Chevrolet Traverse, 12 passenger van, and Ford Lighting. The provider must be prepared to begin within 90 days after receipt of purchase order unless an extension is granted due to manufacturing delays. The quotation must include the unit price, quantity, and description of each item.
• The provider must have all necessary licenses and certifications to operate in the state of Tennessee.
• The provider must have a current Shelby County Business License.
• The provider must provide a current copy of their Shelby County Business License.
• The provider must have an active Business Registration Number (BRN) and Vendor number.
• The provider must provide a Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit.
• The provider must provide warranties for the goods and services.
• The provider must provide literature, manuals, and publications for the goods and services.
• The provider must comply with the provisions of Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
• The provider must comply with the provisions of Title II, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by public entities.
• The provider must provide material safety data sheets for the goods and services.
• The provider must provide certificates of insurance or bonds through a company authorized to do business in the state of Tennessee.
