Description
The Kenowa Hills Public Schools is seeking qualified contractors for the Kenowa Hills Early Childhood Center 2026 Asbestos Abatement project. The project involves asbestos abatement at the Early Childhood Center, located at 3971 Richmond Court, NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan. A pre-bid site inspection meeting will be held on December 8, 2025, to provide bidders with a tour of the site and an opportunity to secure necessary measurements. Bids will be received until December 17, 2025, and must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount.
• The project requires a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any member of the school district.
• The project requires a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or money order payable to Kenowa Hills Public Schools.
• The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
