Creative Arts Extension Sewage Ejector Replacement

This invitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the sewage ejector system at the Creative Arts Extension building on the CCSF Ocean Campus. The work includes demolition of an existing concrete pad and electrical cabinet, installation of two submersible grinder pumps, associated piping, valves, control panels, and ancillary lighting, plus full commissioning, testing, and documentation. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with critical shutdown windows in late May–early June (or an alternate window in August). The contractor must also provide required bonds, insurance, prevailing‑wage compliance, and a construction waste‑management plan. • Remove existing pump equipment, concrete pad, and electrical cabinet; install new NEMA‑4X cabinet and control panel. • Install two Weil Model 2515 submersible grinder pumps, associated sub‑bases, valves, float switches, and lighting fixtures. • Perform full start‑up, commissioning, and submit as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and waste‑reduction reports.
