The Twin Rivers Unified School District is soliciting sealed electronic bids to refresh staff lounges and associated restrooms at Foothill High School and Foothill Ranch Middle School. The work includes demolition, new epoxy flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, upgraded plumbing fixtures, door hardware, lighting, limited mechanical adjustments, and relocation/re‑installation of existing furniture and equipment. All work must comply with California Building Code, ADA, and Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements, and be performed under a Class 3 DSA‑certified inspector.
