Demolition of 4500 Bluff Rd

The County is seeking to hire a Primary General Contractor to oversee the demolition of a Commercial Structure at 4500 Bluff Rd. The Primary General Contractor will be responsible for hiring DHES-licensed sub-contractors to perform the Project Design and Air Monitoring. The General Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that DHES (DHEC) guidelines are followed as they pertain to the demolition of the structure. • Demolition of the structure • Hiring of DHES-licensed sub-contractors for Project Design and Air Monitoring • Ensuring compliance with DHES (DHEC) guidelines • Ensuring compliance with Richland County Scope of Service requirements • Completion of all work within the specified time frame • Maintenance of a safe and clean work site
