Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide nurse call system support for the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing software updates, annual technical efficiency reviews, and remote managed services. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor must have experience with the Jeron Provider 790 Nurse Call System and be able to provide all necessary maintenance, repairs, and support.
• The contractor must provide software updates and assurance for the nurse call system.
• The contractor must conduct annual technical efficiency reviews to ensure optimal performance.
• The contractor must provide remote managed services, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• The contractor must have experience with the Jeron Provider 790 Nurse Call System.
