SENIOR GRANT PROGRAM CONSTRUCTION REHABILITATION SG22-282

The Los Angeles County Development Authority is seeking quotes for senior grant program construction rehabilitation services for a property located at 3321 Pomeroy Street, Los Angeles, CA 90063. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the required work. Contractors must have a valid Class "B" General Building Contractor license and/or "B-2" Residential Remodeling Contractor license, as well as EPA "Lead-Safe" certification. The completion period for the project is 30 calendar days from the date noted in the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires contractors to have General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Automobile Insurance, and Crime Insurance. • Contractors must also comply with various regulations, including Child Support Compliance, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and Zero Tolerance Human Trafficking Policy. • The contract is contingent upon the approval of the homeowner's grant application. • The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, and to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFQ.
