Seeking Competitive Lease Proposals – Administrative Office Space in support of Law Enforcement Operations Houston, TX

The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished, and furnished administrative office space to support law-enforcement operations in Houston, TX. The required space must have a minimum of 50 private offices with additional space for 25 administrative staff, a conference room, a server room, and must be efficiently designed to support the required operations. The ideal space should be contiguous, at or above ground level, and have a Facility Security Level (FSL) of II minimum. The lease term is 10 years, with occupancy as soon as practicable following lease execution. • Minimum of 50 private offices with additional space for 25 administrative staff • Conference room: Minimum 300 ABOA SF • Server room: Minimum 200 SF with 24/7 cooling • Floor location: At or above ground level • Facility Security Level (FSL): II minimum • Access: Main entry doors must support cipher lock access • Collocation: The Government will not consider collocation with tenants whose clientele or operations conflict with law enforcement functions
