Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services - Electrical

Dorchester County is seeking qualified firms to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for electrical trade projects at various locations throughout the county. The contract will be for a base term of one year with four optional one-year renewal terms. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed scope of work, price proposal, construction schedule, and other documentation for each job order. The county reserves the right to award multiple contracts based on the capacity of each proposer. • The contract will be for electrical trade projects, including repair and rehabilitation work, replacement in kind projects, site work, and minor new construction. • The contractor will be required to attend a joint scope meeting with the county to review and discuss the proposed work. • The contractor will be required to provide a price proposal, construction schedule, and other documentation for each job order. • The county reserves the right to award multiple contracts based on the capacity of each proposer. • The contract will include a construction task catalog with prepriced tasks and adjustment factors for non-secure and secure areas.
