Description
The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for metal supplies. The BPA will be for a period of five years, with a total capacity not to exceed $9,000,000.00. The Government anticipates awarding 3-5 BPAs based on the evaluation factors listed in the solicitation.
• The BPA is set aside 100% for Small Business, with a designated NAICS Code of 331110 and a small business size standard of 1500 employees.
• The solicitation is for commercial products or commercial services, and all prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the quote due date.
• The BPA will be established based on the overall best value quotations determined to be the most beneficial to the Government.
• Individual requirements shall not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold, and there is no minimum guarantee of work or BPA Call value.
