ACRx Tesuque Peak and Sandia Crest, New Mexico

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a contractor to provide antenna installation services at the Tesuque Peak Tower and Sandia Crest Tower in New Mexico. The contract will be a hybrid contract, consisting of both time and materials and firm-fixed-price components. The period of performance is expected to be 180 days. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and labor to complete the installation. The FBI will evaluate offers based on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology. • The contract is a total small business set-aside, and the applicable NAICS code is 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a unique entity identifier. • The contractor must submit an offer that includes a detailed description of the work to be performed, a price breakdown, and any relevant certifications or representations. • The FBI reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors and to award a contract without discussions.
