Description
CAL FIRE is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install two specialized heliport lighting fixtures for its Santa Rosa helitack base. The fixtures must meet stringent aviation, marine‑grade, NVG‑compatible, and UL/CSA certification requirements, including green ICAO/FAA chromaticity, IP66/67 protection, and a minimum LED life of 100,000 hours. The award will be “all‑or‑none” to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a full set of technical submittals, certifications, and numerous state forms required.
• Provide two semi‑flush, rollover‑rated inset heliport lights (base‑mount and cable‑entry variants) meeting detailed mechanical, electrical, and environmental specs.
• Submit complete Cost Quote Sheet, all required California certifications (STD‑204, CAL FIRE‑720, DARFUR, Bidder Declaration, CalRecycle Form 74, etc.) and technical documentation (drawings, photometric report, NVG compatibility, IP rating, corrosion‑resistance tests).
• Meet submission deadline of April 15, 2026 5 PM PST; questions due April 3, 2026 2 PM. Failure to include any mandatory form renders the bid non‑responsive.
