On-Call Fencing Installation and Repair Services

The City of Lawrence, KS is seeking proposals for On-Call Fencing Installation and Repair Services. The selected contractor(s) will provide fencing products and services, including removal, repair, replacement, new installations, light vegetation clearing, light elevation grading, swing and rolling gate repair & installation, fabric & panel repair/replacement, and preventative maintenance for all City-owned properties. The contract will be for a two-year initial term with three optional one-year renewals. • The contractor must have the ability to provide labor, materials, and equipment to perform maintenance, repairs, and new installations citywide in the fencing trade field. • The contractor must have experience, knowledge, and skills to install, maintain, repair, alter, add to, or design fencing and gate systems. • The contractor must possess and maintain the correct professional licenses or authorizations necessary to carry out and perform the work required. • The contractor must ensure that materials, products, and equipment are new and of good quality, and that workmanship is free from defects. • The contractor must protect the site from damage and repair damages or injury caused during installation.
