Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to provide water plant maintenance services for the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge in Florida. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a total estimated value of $250,000. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the water plant operates efficiently and effectively. The contractor must have experience with water plant maintenance services and must be able to demonstrate their technical capabilities and past performance.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a completed SF 1449 with signature.
• The contractor must provide company information, including address, phone number, email, and SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
• The contractor must provide evidence of technical capabilities and past performance.
• The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of pricing.
