Park Ave Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The Town of Weymouth is seeking a contractor to fully rehabilitate the Park Ave Water Storage Tank. The scope includes removing existing interior and exterior coatings, surface preparation, applying new coatings, repairing the concrete foundation and grout, installing a new roof vent, fixing two shell manways, modifying the overflow discharge pipe, updating both exterior and roof ladders with OSHA‑compliant safety measures, and providing all related labor, materials, equipment, and tools. The project must be completed within 250 calendar days, and the tank must remain in service between June 15 2026 and September 15 2026. Bidders must obtain documents from H2Olson Engineering, attend an optional pre‑bid meeting, and submit a sealed bid by the specified deadline, accompanied by a 5 % bid security and required performance and payment bonds.
