The City of Lewiston is seeking sealed proposals for the 2026 Bituminous Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement project. The project involves the supply of bituminous hot mix asphalt pavement. The bids will be received by the office of the Purchasing Agent until 2:00 PM on April 7, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read. The contract is expected to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
