The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking to sole-source the procurement of spare parts, including Guide, Ink Ductor, Side 1, Bush, and Guide, Ink Ductor, Side II, from Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions SA (KBBS). These spare parts are necessary for the operation of highly specialized equipment, including Super Simultan (Offset) presses, Intaglio (I-10 and Super Orlof Intaglio) presses, COPE (Currency Overprinting and Packaging) presses, and the LEPE (Large Examination and Printing Equipment) presses.
