The project involves a comprehensive window replacement program for the Wilson Avenue Annex school building, including associated mechanical, structural, and site‑work components. Bidders must address insulated transom panels for existing air‑conditioning units, perform abatement of existing window assemblies, supply and install new cast‑stone sills, conduct limited concrete/pavement repairs, and manage tight on‑site logistics while maintaining public safety and weather‑tight conditions throughout construction.
• Replace all existing school windows and install four attic‑stock insulated transom panels (two 48” × 96” × 1‑in., two 48” × 96” × ¼‑in.).
• Coordinate abatement removal of aluminum capping, frames, and caulking; provide temporary weather‑tight enclosures and ensure safe, secure building conditions.
• Perform selective concrete/asphalt removal adjacent to masonry sills and restore “in‑kind” per drawing M1.3; obtain sidewalk‑closure and partial street‑closure permits.
