The State of New Hampshire is seeking a single‑source vendor to supply and deliver custom double‑window #10 envelopes that meet precise dimensional, printing, and packaging specifications. The contract will run for five years (with a possible two‑year extension) and requires the ability to produce roughly 2.1 million envelopes per year, ship within five business days of order, and provide a one‑year warranty plus a recall program. The vendor must be a U.S. manufacturer, possess required insurance, and comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Envelope size 4‑1/8″ × 9‑1/2″, double‑poly windows with exact placement measurements.
• Inside‑only security tint (PMS Blue); no exterior printing; must be AIMS‑compatible.
• Packaging in 500‑envelope corrugated boxes, 2 500 per case; deliveries to NH DHHS location and other agencies as needed.
