This project involves the interior demolition of the Culinary Arts Building at Calhoun Community College to prepare the space for a new culinary program. The work includes removal of interior partitions, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and related structural elements, followed by site cleanup and preparation for subsequent construction phases. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible sealed‑bid contractor who has completed the required pre‑qualification process.
• Scope: Interior demolition of a college‑level culinary arts facility, including concrete removal where indicated.
• Mandatory pre‑bid meeting on August 11, 2026 (10:00 AM) and pre‑qualification submission due August 4, 2026 (2:00 PM).
