Staircase Renovations (Hollywood)

The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking bids from qualified contractors to renovate four stairwells at the Hollywood reservation. The project includes removing and disposing of existing staircases, fabricating and installing new metal pan concrete step stairs, handrails, and balusters. The contractor must also provide painting, stucco repair, and floor surface repair. The project requires the contractor to maintain continuous access to all apartment units throughout the construction period and to provide daily and final clean-up. The contractor must also obtain necessary permits and inspections. • The project is located at the Seminole Winds Courtyard Apartments, 2771-2772 Billie Osceola Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33024. • The contractor must have a certified license relevant to the services, proof of insurance, and at least two years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must also comply with the Florida Building Code, industry standards, OSHA regulations, and local municipalities. • The project must be completed within 150 calendar days of receipt of the purchase order or notice to proceed.
