2026 Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 1

The Town of Normal is seeking bids for the 2026 Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 1 project. The project includes installing approximately 27,992 lineal feet of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) in various sized sanitary sewers, sewer point repairs, sewer lateral point repair, rehabilitation of approximately 21 sewer laterals, rehabilitation of 11 sanitary manholes, pre and post rehabilitation inspection, along with associated bypassing of flows, service reinstatements, and site restoration. Bidders are required to pay prevailing wages to all contractors and subcontractors on this job.
