The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is seeking bids for the Sweeney WTP 4MG Clearwell Rehabilitation project. The scope of work includes replacing the expansion joint caulking inside the confined spaces of the clear well and cleaning and inspecting drain lines. Bidders must submit their bids in PDF format to [email protected] by March 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A public bid opening will not be held.
• The project requires a single prime contract.
• A pre-bid conference will not be held.
• Contract documents can be viewed at various online plan rooms.
• Prospective bidders must register and obtain an official set of contract documents from the Bid Manager.
• A bid bond is required with the submission of the bid.
• The bidder must have a valid NC General Contractor's license to be qualified to perform the work.
