The Government Publishing Office, in partnership with the Department of the Army, is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver 10,000 U.S. Flag helmet decals. The decals must be two‑page, face‑only, 2 × 1¼‑inch die‑cut vinyl stickers printed in four‑color process with a gloss coating, shrink‑wrapped in packs of 100, and shipped FOB to Columbus, Ohio. The vendor must submit an electronic quote by 11:00 a.m. ET on August 13, 2026, provide pre‑production samples by August 18, 2026, and meet the final delivery deadline of August 26, 2026. All submissions must be made through the GPO Publish portal, and the contractor must furnish a W‑9 and comply with GPO contract terms.
