The Kansas Department of Revenue is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, print, and manage vehicle registration decals for the State for a five‑year period (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2031). The contract includes the production of secure, laser‑printable decals and receipts, inventory management reporting, on‑site demonstration of feeding decals through a Lexmark MS710dn printer, and compliance with numerous state certifications (tax clearance, immigration, anti‑boycott, telecom equipment restrictions, etc.). The vendor must provide a single‑supply source capable of delivering approximately 3 million decals annually, support multiple color options, and ensure the decals meet ASTM and Munsell color standards while resisting printer drum adhesion issues. Bids must be submitted by October 20, 2026, with questions due by October 2, 2026. Mandatory bidder registration with the State of Kansas is required before the closing date.
