The State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking quotations for the production of three sets of outdoor vinyl decals for the EGLE (Environmental) program. The work includes printing black‑on‑white decals on 4 mil white vinyl with a polyester overlam, die‑cut with rounded corners, and scored backs for easy removal. Quantities are 250 decals (3″ × 9″), 70 decals (6″ × 4″), and 300 decals (8.5″ × 11″). All decals must withstand outdoor weather for at least one year. Vendors must provide a PDF proof for approval before production, hold pricing for 30 days, and indicate turnaround time after proof approval.
