Description
The City of Smyrna is seeking a qualified contractor for the demolition of three former medical facility buildings and associated site improvements. The work includes demolition, removal, clearing, and grubbing, as well as erosion and sediment control, protection of infrastructure, and backfilling of demolition areas. The city requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary for the project.
• Demolition and removal of buildings, parking deck, pavement, sidewalks, walls, fencing, trees, and utilities
• Clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, and protection of infrastructure
• Backfilling of demolition areas and grading, stabilizing, and leaving disturbed areas in a safe condition
• Off-site lawful disposal of demolition debris
• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
