Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School- Pool Infrastructure Replacement (Design Build Services)

The Atlanta Public Schools seeks a design-build contractor to complete the pool infrastructure replacement at Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School. The project includes replacing butterfly valves, installing new main drum sumps, and replacing the PVC membrane and gutter. The Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) is $500,000. The successful design-build contractor will be expected to provide all the services included in the standard APS design-build agreement. • The project's basic scope may include but is not limited to the items listed above. • The design-build contractor must provide the following requirements and approach as described. • The design-build contractor will be responsible for entering subcontractor payment information into B2G Now, the district's Supplier Diversity software. • The design-build contractor employees and subcontractors are expected to exhibit professional, courteous conduct and an appropriate appearance at all times.
