Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes partial interior renovations, updates to instructional, laboratory, and support spaces, and limited MEP work. The contract term is 465 calendar days, which suggests a medium-sized project. Considering the average cost of construction projects in the education sector, the budget for this project could be in the range of $5 million to $15 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors, including the complexity of the project, the materials used, and the labor costs.
